Concurrently, we are seeing a dramatic culture-shift in the variety of ways that "user-generated media" is being created and distributed (telecircus.blogspot.com....unity.html)
The midway games are fun for kids (though, as others have noted, it's not necessary to stay at Circus Circus to partake) and the circus acts that take place at regular intervals in the midway are fun for adults and kids (my fave is the Imperial Acrobats of China (www.tripadvisor.com....evada.html)
All in all, we love Circus Circus . The only down side is that it's a bit far from most Tahoe ski resorts (45 minutes or more to all but Mt. Rose), but, for us, the other stuff mitigates that inconvenience enough to justify staying there occasionally (www.tripadvisor.com....evada.html)
wife and i stayed at the circus circus west tower for 3 nites and had a great time, pay'd $30 a nite mid week. They charge half the price for the west tower because very old people like my parents would have trouble walking over to the main casino area (www.tripadvisor.com....evada.html)

Moving, saddening, gruesome-yet car-crash compelling- The Circus Fire is a gripping read. Highly recommended. -Sunny Delaney -This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title (www.amazon.com....48-5748830)
This is one book I could not put down. He writes in excruciating detail the pain and anguish the circus , town and people suffered after the devastation. The book is hard to read at times but O'Nan just writes as it was, which was painful. (www.amazon.com....48-5748830)
I never read any of O'Nan's fiction, so this is my first encounter with his writing style. The Great Circus Fire is the kind of story that most writers would embellish to pull at. Read mor (www.amazon.com....48-5748830)

I was told, the buffet at Circus Circus doesn't mean to much, so we didn't went there. We did had breakfast at some 24/7 diner at the hotel, which was OK, but not wonderfull (www.tripadvisor.com....evada.html)

My husband and I spent the Christmases of 2003, 2004, and 2005 in Sarasota. Finally, in 2005 we visited the Ringling property. It is fabulous, and we wondered why we waited so long to see it. We took the guided tour through the house and learned so much. Had a wonderful man take us through the circus museum. He was. more (www.tripadvisor.com....orida.html)
Okay to start off, my plans were to stay cheap because we will not stay in our room because my husband will gamble till 4 in the morning. But now that I read the reviews on Circus Circus I am worried. I am in the standard room though and I dont care about the kids running wild thing either. (www.tripadvisor.co.uk....evada.html)
