Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Loved the hot breakfast, 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. The BBQ at the nightly managers reception was excellent!. Close to Yosemite. My family and I stayed here twice during our 2 week vacation in California. The staff was friendly and helpful. i would recommend this hotel to anyon (www.tripadvisor.com....ornia.html)

This is our first visit to the disneyland, and what an eye opener for me. It is the highlight of our stay in California in June this year. And we are glad to have booked the kids suite in Carousel inn and suites. I contacted the hotel through email, and have no problem in communicating with them concerning my requests. more (www.tripadvisor.com....ornia.html)

Was not impressed with this hotel. We reserved a one room suite. We pulled out the sofa sleeper for my daughter to go to sleep, and it still had dirty sheets on it. The one employee they had at the front desk came up right away to bring us clean sheets and make the bed. Then I noticed, in a room that can sleep up to six people, we only had two bath towels. My husband had to go get those. At that time he was asked if he had a parking permit to park in the mall parking lot since they only have 25 parking spaces total for their guests. The room was disappointing after staying at a nice Hampton Inn in Northern California. The breakfast was mediocre. There are other new hotels in the area that I would try before coming back here. And we are glad to have booked the kids suite in Carousel inn and suites. I contacted the hotel through email, and have no problem in communicating with them concerning my requests and enquiries. The kids were overjoyed with the double deckered bed with mickey mattress and pillow case. Even the TV in their room is in the shape of mickey. The moisturizer was a handy item that the hotel has provided, because my son was having skin crack due to the dry condition in California as compared to our tropical climate back in Singapore. He was still using them in the later parts of our trip when we were in San Diego, Santa Monica and San Francisco . Thanks to the hotel management for including that as an item in the bathroom. One area of improvement I would like to suggest to the management would be to include a kettle in the room. As my kids and my wife need to take warm drinks, I have to make do with boiling water using first the coffee maker (which is slow, anyway its not for that purpose) and then later on the microwave (using microwavable plastic container (www.tripadvisor.com....ornia.html)

My husband and I stayed at The Pepper Tree in Anaheim , California from Dec. 15/2007 to Jan.19/2008. We rented a one bedroom, two bathroom suite on the floor just down from the lobby. We really enjoyed the suite as it gave us lots of room to spread out. The bed was king size and very comfortable. Lots of closet and cupbboard space. The kitchen was well equipped and adequate. The dining area and living area were combined and were very roomy. We had two patios. One off the kitchen/living room and one off the bedroom. We preferred to use the one off the kitchen. We also had two T.V. sets. One in the living area and one in the bedroom . The suite was very clean and we were provided with lots of towels. (www.tripadvisor.com....ornia.html)

We (family of 4.kiddos ages 10 and 7) booked a room with two Queen beds through our travel agency. Upon arrival we were able to upgrade to an executive suite for a small fee. The room had 2 Queen beds and a full size pull out couch, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. There were a few different small tables with chairs for sitting. It was facing California Adventures and a very noisy road. Very spacious room (www.tripadvisor.com....ornia.html)
