It seems every other day a study comes out that changes the standard way of thinking that we got from a previous study! Baby Einstein is good, Baby Einstein is bad. Day care makes bad kids, day care doesn57;t change your kids. (www.siparents.org/2007/11/)
During a press conference held in wake of the Qana village incident in which 55 Lebanese were killed, Siniora asked: Is Israel &s mission to wipe out the Lebanese? It seems they want to kill all of us. One of those killed today is a baby just one day old. With its aggression, Israel is encouraging extremism (www.floppingaces.net/2006/07/)
Bree's back â with a bump. She returns on Gabi's wedding day with something new, a baby on the way. But whose is it? Not Orson's. And where is daughter Danielle? She has disappeared. Turns out Bree is faking her pregnancy until Danielle, secreted away and pregnant with Edie's nephew's child, gives birth. (blogs.usatoday.com....v_finales/)
Well, I finally have a solid diagnosis, after the last three weeks of urine collection, bloods, and BP monitoring my blood pressure went over the 'safe' level of 140/90 for the first time yesterday (after a nursing bra fitting, so I don't think it can have been because I was particularly stressed out nice bras, too!). I had 150/90, which is only mild-to-moderately high, but it's still pregnancy-induced hypertension. Had some more PET bloods, am seeing the midwives every other day with the possibility of being whipped into the JR if any more protein appears or the BP goes higher . This isn't a complete nightmare I'm 39 weeks tomorrow but I'm looking wistfully at the receding spectacle of my lo-tech, local Midwife-Led Unit birth. But perversely, I'm quite relieved to be going to hospital after all I'm now a lot more worried about the baby and complications than I am about assuming nice treehugger birth positions, or using the pool. (I'll probably be on continuous fetal monitoring even if I manage to go into labour on my own, which is sort of incompatible with water, I presume (www.livejournal.com....latest.bml)
