Thank you for posting. Exhausted and happy for the "good day" Leroy had, which spills into you having a better day too. Caregivers have it so tough. My partner is my caregiver, and there are days she gets completely overwhelmed,(understandably), but other friends and God, the universe, etc., help her find some way of going on another day. One of our newest friends is a complete Godsend . She steps in and helps with practical stuff that my partner would otherwise end up doing all by herself late at night, after working a full day at her full time job. She and another friend share the midday task of letting our dogs out, taking them for a walk, (and me for a spin in the wheelchair).
