The restaurant is good. They have a different theme each night. Lunch is very good as well. My favorite items: The Mexican Steak Sandwich, Grouper Tacos, Black Bean Soup, Tortilla Soup , and Tres Leche Cake. They have a small carry-out/bakery/pizzeria that we used to order pizza or tres leche cakes. We love the bar/food service available on the beach . The drinks are reasonable especially for happy hour. I LOVE Rosie's! I could eat there every day (and did so for 3 weeks in 2006!). The tortilla soup cannot be beat! It's delicious and there's nothing like it! This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the Canyon. Do you have a recipe for vegetarian faux-chicken broth that tastes (almost) like the real thing? Or a brand recommendation? We were there the day after Thanksgiving. Needless to say the whole town was a mob, and Bejas was no exception. Even so, the watress was very attentive and the food was excellent and arrived promptly.
