The Minneapolis Grain Exchange received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to remove price limits on the spot Hard Red Spring Wheat futures contract month commencing the first business day after expiration of non-serial options on the spot month. The American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Harris Interactive conducted a survey to determine the most popular buildings in the United States. The initial list of buildings was determined by members of the AIA and then the public was surveyed to determine which of the 247 buildings they liked best. 3 Minneapolis buildings were selected.
