We felt so lucky that the place we planned to book at was full & they recommended Villa Marbella . From the moment Shayne spotted us wandering the streets looking lost, we knew they really cared about their customers. Fabulous decor & superb breakfast on roof terrace. La Villa Marbella is like staying at a mini Four Season Hotel. In fact we have stayed at a Four Seasons and this was better. The attention to details here is fantastic! Not much to do in Marbella , unless you are in your 20's and want to party, party and party. or you hire a guide and a car then you can start appreciating the place (www.tripadvisor.com....lusia.html)

I guess it all depends on what you look for, I had to go as my company's headquarter is located in Marbella and as I stayed for the weekend, I tried to get the best out of this business trip (www.tripadvisor.com....lusia.html)

In Marbella , if you want a nice typical fish restaurant : TIMONEL is a good one, GORKY is also a nice one. The restaurants on the square in the old quarter of Marbella are not the best ones and they are expensive (www.tripadvisor.com....lusia.html)

To conclude, if you go to Marbella , try to hire a car or a guide and go to RONDA up the montain, the view is astonishing, or you can even take the boat to TANGIER (Morocco) make sure the sea is not agitated otherwise you will not be able to come back (www.tripadvisor.com....lusia.html)

I stayed in Marbella in August whilst looking at some prospective properties I hoped to buy that I had seen on [-]. The weather was beautiful, the restaurants were super and the shopping was fabulous, what more could one want?! (www.tripadvisor.com....lusia.html)

Lots of sun and an ok beach. Hotels were reasonably priced. Good choice of restaurants. Plenty of lively bars in Marbella . Nightclubs are in nearby Puerto Banus. Not a bad place to go to party a bit and unwind for a few days. (www.tripadvisor.com....lusia.html)

I had read the reviews and seen the photos so I knew generally what to expect at La Villa Marbella , but it was the friendliness and service I received that really knocked us out. (www.tripadvisor.com....lusia.html)

I could go on and on but I feel the biggest complement I can pay Marcos and his team is that I will return either here or his new place at Marbella Heights (www.tripadvisor.com....lusia.html)

The area around La Villa Marbella is reminiscent of small towns along the Amalfi Coast, like Positano or Praiano. With young boys playing ball on cobble-stone paths, old men and women going out for a stroll to the markets, it's an idyllic location (www.tripadvisor.com....lusia.html)

My husband and I stayed at La Villa Marbella for four nights during our eight-day honeymoon. We had a fabulous time. I am admittedly snooty about hotels and I would recommend this place to any and everyone (www.tripadvisor.com....lusia.html)

We had got 3 nights booked here after staying at the Marriott in Marbella . We thought we would pop in to check the room and decided to cancel the main reason was that while this hotel had a very smart lobby and public areas, the room was quite poor we had a grand deluxe room booked but when. mor (www.tripadvisor.com....lusia.html)

I have just returned from a week in the Guadalpin, Marbella . It was very enjoyable but it was late in the year and the hotel's own beach was closed. However a shuttle was available (taxis aren't expensive) to take us to the beach at the sister hotel, Guadalpin, Puerto Banus. Just a comment on whether or not this hotel deserves. mor (www.tripadvisor.com....lusia.html)

Marbella is also, of course, a wonderful location from which to explore this beautiful part of Southern Spain and learn Spanish at the same time Seville, Cordoba , and Granada are not far away (www.estudiohispanico.com....bella.html)

If you like the good things in life, you will love Marbella . This is an excellent location in which to learn Spanish in Spain and thoroughly enjoy yourself at the same time! (www.estudiohispanico.com....bella.html)

Fly to Malaga Airport, and take the airport bus to Malaga Bus Station. There are regular coaches from Malaga Bus Station to the centre of Marbella , from where you can take a taxi to your accommodation (www.estudiohispanico.com....bella.html)

Alternatively, you can ask us to arrange an airport transfer for you. You will then be individually met at the airport in Malaga and taken to your accommodation in Marbella (www.estudiohispanico.com....bella.html)

If you have a car, Marbella is a better place to stay than Malaga . Obviously from your question No. 2, you do not have a car, so you should stay in Malaga , because it is the transportation hub for the province. (www.tripadvisor.com....lusia.html)

Stayed here for a long weekend. Despite some rather bad reviews here on TA we thought it was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful the location good between Marbella and 'the Port' .
