re accommodation we would like to combine some luxury with some more affordable/quirky places. thinking Las Vegas is the best option for (affordable) luxury so any suggestions for the other accommodation options would also be very appreciated (las-vegas-hotels.tripadvisor.com....evada.html)

Gabby re Las Vegas hotels we have visited one time before 10 years ago and know it is a very different place now with lots new to see. Would like to be on the strip and somewhere with a great pool, good quality but not mega $$$$. Would be great to have some suggestions (las-vegas-hotels.tripadvisor.com....evada.html)

We spent a long holiday weekend at the Wynn and we loved every minute of it. When you visit Las Vegas it helps to be open-minded. If you are expecting the decor are quiet of a resort hotel such as the Ritz Carlton Naples Florida, you are going to be disappointed. But if you accept the fact that "resort hotel". more (las-vegas-hotels.tripadvisor.com....evada.html)

I had booked my trip to Las Vegas through a vacation package with US Airways. My original reservation was at the Orleans, but after experiencing a number of problems there the first night (beds too hard, the sounds of slamming doors at 7 a.m.), I decided to book my second night at the Paris instead (las-vegas-hotels.tripadvisor.com....evada.html)

We stayed at the Paris, Las Vegas on the dates of January 13th to January 17th 2008. It was my first time in Vegas so it was a great experience to be at the Paris for the first time. (las-vegas-hotels.tripadvisor.com....evada.html)

Next I opened the large window coverings and had a nice view of the Stratosphere Tower, Las Vegas Country Club, and mountains far off. Nice window view for the $ and the windows themselves were very large (floor to ceilling, wall to wall) (las-vegas-hotels.tripadvisor.com....evada.html)

My wife and I travelled to Las Vegas in January 08 for our friends wedding and chose the hotel entirely on the basis that it was handy for the Bellagio where they were getting married (las-vegas-hotels.tripadvisor.com....evada.html)

The surroundings were actually very quiet. We couldn't hear any of the honking and traffic from Las Vegas Blvd. Most of the sound we could hear was a calming, soothing waterfall (probably from Sky Las Vegas ) and a rare occasion where a plane flew over KOA. I've been going to Las Vegas at least twice a year for the last 6 years. The Paris was always on my list of places I wanted to stay. In October, 2007 I finally stayed there and was less then impressed (las-vegas-hotels.tripadvisor.com....evada.html)

My husband and I just returned from a mid-week trip to Las Vegas in which we stayed at the Wynn. Overall, we felt the Wynn was excellent. Despite the mixed reviews on Trip Advisor around consistency of service, we felt the service, rooms, and food was consistently excellent within the hotel for the entire trip. For such a large hotel, the service was quite personal in nature. The Concierge went the extra mile for us in assisting us with show tickets, printing boarding passes, and making shopping referrals. In the restaurants, the waitresses remembered us on multiple occasions during our visits. The restaurant staff was very attentive to our needs and they went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our visit. The food was excellent in each restaurant we ate in. The food was very fresh with high quality ingredients. The food was a little on the pricey side but overall very good. At check-in, we were upgraded to a Premium View Room (room on highest floors we were on floor 52) in which the views of Las Vegas were incredib (las-vegas-hotels.tripadvisor.com....evada.html)
