lets not forget what is being done by these spying programs: namely filtering of data sets to create specific sub sets. filtering of all e-mail to create sub-sets of terrorist e-mail. this methodology violates the constitution. period. it is a stupid, lazy, legally outdated dragnet which happens to use the highest technology, one which holds all under suspicion , completely disregarding the fundamental legal protection of probable cause.
