Frankly, I am of the school of thought that he has his work cut out for him here in Cleveland . His priorities should be locally and regionally based instead of national. However, he probably thinks that he has exhausted his capability to invoke meaningful change at the legislative level. Still, it would be nice if represented his district in perhaps a more concentrated way, similar to Rep. Tubbs Jones (blog.cleveland.com....eland.html)
