this quality inn is run down because of all the filthy oil workers that flood the southern part of Wyoming.Stay away from Casper , Rawlins,Cheyenne and Green River. Sheridan is a nice town to stop in, but it is a couple of hours farther on down the freeway . Please don't have any qualms about spending the night in Casper , we're a nice town, too. (www.tripadvisor.com....oming.html)

I stayed at the Days Inn, Casper , WY the evening of August 24, 2007. Based on some of the earlier reviews I thought this would be a decent choice.Unfortunately, I was wrong. When I checked in there were numerous flies in the lobby. The room was old and dirty and the cove base was completely missing at the bottom. more (www.tripadvisor.com....oming.html)
The Days Inn Casper was right off the highway and centrally located to all the things we needed to do in Casper . I'm not that familiar with Casper , but it always seemed to be in the middle of where we needed to go.The room was clean and quiet. As a female traveling alone on business, this was a great place to stay. The front desk staff Sandy was extremely welcoming and helpful, and I felt very safe. Loved the Express in Casper ! It is very new, smells great. The beds are wonderful! My daughter enjoyed the pool, which was clear during our stay.Our room had a refrigerator, sink and microwave and was huge! Casper Hufford and Catharine Stihli were a Brethren couple from Frederick County, Maryland. They married in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Frederick and began their family in Woodsboro, even now a tiny town in Frederick County. Their first four of thirteen children were born in Woodsboro. The family moved to Rockingham County, Virginia, where seven more children were born, and finally to Fairfield County, Ohio, where their final two children were born, and where Casper and Catharine died and were buried.
